The problem
Custom Web PlatformRole-Based AccessDocument ManagementAutomated Reporting

PPD México came to us with a familiar kind of mess. Their environmental grants program was funding 30+ community projects across Southeast Mexico — but every report, every receipt, every piece of evidence arrived by email as a Word doc, an Excel sheet, or a zip file.

Their team spent hours every week just hunting through inboxes to figure out where a project stood. Nothing lived in one place. Reviewers had no easy way to leave feedback. Applicants had no idea if their report had even been seen.

They didn't need another inbox. They needed one place where every project, every role, and every decision actually connected.

What we built

We built a platform around the way the program actually works — one shared system for every role, from the person submitting a report to the person approving it.

Every activity, every piece of evidence, every comment lives in one place. What used to take back-and-forth emails now takes a couple of clicks.

The team stopped having to ask for updates — they can see exactly where every project stands, the moment they log in.

What happened

What used to take hours of digging through inboxes now takes minutes. The team has one accountable system instead of thirty scattered conversations — and for the first time, they can actually see their entire program at a glance.
